Flexi tickets are valid for a single visit on any date within 12 months from date of purchase.

To help us manage visitor numbers, Flexi Ticket voucher codes must be redeemed online, in advance. This can be done any time before entry, even on the day of visit.
Please note that redemption is subject to online ticket availability. Flexi ticket vouchers alone are not valid for entry to the zoo.
