Whipsnade Zoo - CAS Admission
Help For Households tickets
As part of our Community Access Scheme, reduced price tickets for Whipsnade Zoo are available for pre-booking if you are receiving Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support or Jobseeker's Allowance.
These tickets are only available online, for up to 6 people per family (under 3's go free). There are no Help For Household tickets available at the admissions gate.
To avoid disappointment, you must book in advance. If these tickets are unavailable for the date you select, please try another date.
You'll need to bring your proof of benefit letter with you to the zoo when you present your tickets(s) to our friendly staff at the admissions gate (this can be an electronic copy if you prefer).
Tickets are valid for entry from 11am every day of the week. Tickets are currently being released in six week blocks.
Unfortunately, you will not be allowed entry into the Zoo unless you are able to show one of the above documents (per household) as proof of eligibility alongside your ticket.
